PARTY AND EVENT RENTAL

Street Beatz Studio makes it easy and affordable to lease our studio for your party or event. We rent you the venue and you throw your own party. You are in control of your own event, not the venue. You can bring your own food, hire your own entertainers, and use your own decorations. It’s your party, your way!

Venues

We offer two different venues for parties, events, meetings, showers, etc. Studio 1023 can accommodate about 30 guests and Studio 1035 about 75 guests. Both venues offer a wide open dance studio area with built in stereo system and disco lights. Click here to see photos and layout of each venue to decide which one is right for you.

HOST A PARTY

At Street Beatz – YOU throw the party YOU want! You rent the studio from us for a 3 hour minimum to throw your own party. We lease you the space and you organize your own party games, food, decorations etc.  A Street Beatz employee opens the door and then YOU are in control!

You have access to the dance studio, waiting room, kid’s loft, kitchenette area and bathroom. We have a few extra tables and chairs we can set up for you for an additional fee, just let us know on your party agreement.  There is a built in stereo system to plug your phone or MP3 player into for music and there is a remote control for the disco lights.  You are responsible to set up, host the party and clean up.

HIRE A PARTY PEEP

If you’d like to hire an instructor and/or entertainer for your party, we have a list of Party Peeps that can be hired for your party/event at Street Beatz Studio.  We have many different types of instructors and entertainers to choose from, if you don’t want to entertain your guests yourself. Each instructor/entertainer offers a different party experience and charges their own individual rates, so please contact them directly with any questions. You hire and pay them separately; they are NOT hired through Street Beatz Studio.

Party Days & Rates

Street Beatz Studio is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for parties and special events. Parties/Events can be booked from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. depending on availability. Parties are booked around weekly class times and other events, so please check out Availability Calendar to see what days and times we have open. Please allow at least 30 minutes between events.

Rental Rates

  • Studio 1023 – Smaller
    • $100 for 3 hours rental time.
    • Additional hours are $15 per hour
    • $25 Deposit to hold date/time
  • Studio 1035 – Larger
    • $200 for 3 hours of rental time
    • Additional hours are $25 per hour
    • $50 Deposit to hold date/time

Remember:

  • Please allow yourself time for set-up and clean-up within your leased time frame.
  • Parties require a deposit at the time the event is booked.
  • If you cancel your event, you must cancel at least two weeks in advance to receive a deposit refund.  You can reschedule your event within the two weeks for a $15 charge.
  • The rental fee is due prior to your party on the day of your event.  If the studio is left in clean and there are no damages, you will be refunded the deposit via mail the week after your party.
  • Every guest at your event will be required to sign a liability waiver and photo release.
Availability

Please check our Availability Calendar to see if your desired day and time are available.  Street Beatz Studio strives to keep the calendar as up to date as possible, but please email us at lisa@streetbeatzstudio.com to confirm a date and time before dropping off deposit.

Party Deposit

Street Beatz Studio takes a deposit to hold your desired party date and time. To reserve a date, we will need this form filled out with your deposit.  You can drop these items off at the studio. If the studio is closed, you can put them through the night deposit drop in the door.  We will not hold the date/time without the deposit.  If you would like to mail it, please mail to Street Beatz Studio, 1023 Summer Wood Road, Knoxville, TN 37923.

Tour the Studio

We suggest that you come by to take a look at the studio to make sure you like the space before booking. You can visit it any time during our scheduled classes. We do not have a receptionist there, so please be mindful of the instructors and their students. This puts you on a pretty tight schedule, so if you plan to do extra food or games or want the kids to have free time in the studio, you may want to add an extra hour to your party time.

Do I have to hire an instructor for the party?

No – you can be the hostess with the mostess and run your own party the entire time. We do suggest that you have planned activities for a child’s party to entertain them for a portion of the time.

Do you supply the music? 

No – you need to bring a phone or Mp3 player with a playlist to plug into our stereo system. If you hire an instructor, most of them provide their own music for their hour, but you should always double check with them.

Are there tables and chairs provided?

Studio 1023 offers a few tables and chairs that we can set up for you included in your rental fee. Studio 1035 has a kitchen area and lounge area with seating, but if you require additional tables/chairs, there is an additional fee. Street Beatz does NOT allow you to provide your own tables and chairs, as they can damage the dance floor.

Do I have to clean up?

Yes – We ask that you leave the studio in the same condition you found it in. This helps us keep the costs of the parties down.  We provide all the cleaning materials needed.

How many people does it hold?

Each studio has a different capacity that you should use as a guideline for guests. Studio 1023 is 30 guests and Studio 1035 is 75.

Are these venues just for kids? 

Absolutely NOT! There’s no better place in town to host an adult party for that special occasion. Each studio offers a unique atmosphere and can be used for birthday parties, retirement parties, showers, wedding receptions and more!
